IMPORTANT - MUST READ 

Please read my terms and conditions carefully and confirm that they are fully understood. Please note - I may ask you to sign a disclaimer confirming that you have read and understood and agree to our terms and conditions at your appointment. 

Notice to Customer By booking an appointment with Suzies Spotless Paws you are agreeing to the below policies. *Cancellation Policy* If you can not make an appointment you must give 24 hours notice. If you do not give 24 hours notice, you will be charged a £10 cancellation fee which will have to be paid before a new appointment will be made. 

*Late Policy* If you are over 15 minutes late for your dogs appointment regrettably your appointment will need to be rescheduled as this will no longer allow enough time for your dog to be groomed before the next appointment.

 *No Show Policy* Please understand that when you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive my services. No shows will be required to pay a 50% deposit when booking another appointment. 

*Late Collection of Your Dog Policy* I do not have holding crates, I will call you prior to your dog being ready for collection. I kindly ask all clients to collect their dog in a timely manner and allow sufficient time for traffic/parking. Once 15 minutes has elapsed after arranging a collection time a £10 charge will be applied or after 30 minutes a £20 charge will be added to the final price.

 *De-Matting Policy* If your dog is matted an extra charge of £5 or £10 will incur depending on the severity of the matts - This is due to the extra time taken and wear on tools. We will not be held liable for injuries that occur as a result of a 'shave-off' due to matting.

 *Aggressive Dog Policy* Suzies Spotless Paws do not accept dogs that show signs of biting, anger or aggression. This is dangerous for both the dog and myself. If your dog shows signs of this during a groom, I will have no choice but to contact you to collect your dog and you will be asked to pay for the work that has been carried out. Please advise if your dog is aggressive with people or other dogs, and whether a muzzle can be used if required before your appointment takes place.

 *Flea Policy* Dogs with flea's will not be accepted in the salon. Should your dog be brought to us with an infestation which is discovered after the groom has started a flea surcharge of £20 will apply. This is to cover cleaning costs and any later appointments that will have to be rescheduled to disinfect/flea bomb the salon. 

*Pregnant dogs or Dogs In-Season* I am unable to accept dogs which are in season or are pregnant. Your dogs safety and well-being is my absolute number one priority and every effort will be made to ensure this. I am fully insured and qualified Dog Groomers however please be aware that working with animals and sharp tools means that unfortunately accidents (including cuts, nicks, scratches, over trimming of nails etc) can occasionally happen. Should an incident occur no liability will be accepted. Similarly, no responsibility will be taken for any irritation, abrasion, or hair loss due to any existing skin condition, or as a result of the grooming process. I will of course inform you if any problems are encountered during your dogs groom. I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to products used, this includes but not limited to shampoos, colognes, ear cleaner. Any known allergies should be disclosed to us prior to your appointment. 

*Medical Conditions* Please inform us if your dog has been diagnosed with any medical conditions and has sensitive skin prior to your appointment. 

*Data-Protection Policy* Suzies Spotless Paws keeps detailed records of all dogs, treatments. I will not share your details with any third party without your consent. From time to time I take photographs for social media. Please make me aware if this is not something you agree to. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
